UA OSHA Training Institute Education Center
The University of Alabama was designated as an OSHA Training Institute Education Center in January, 2008. Since then we have provided general industry and construction industry training in OSHA standards; the Outreach Trainer and update courses; and specific topics – industrial hygiene, machine guarding, confined space, fall arrest systems, excavations, OSHA recordkeeping, accident investigation, and safety and health management.
