Professional Development Hours for the 2016 SEEC Conference
Professional Engineers and Geologists can earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs) at the conference. Engineers must
keep their own records, including a marked copy of the agenda. Items of attendance
include their paid receipt and their name badge. Geologists must keep their own records,
including a marked copy of the agenda. Items of attendance include their paid receipt
and their name badge.
Certified Hazardous Materials Managers (CHMMs) can earn 1 Certification Maintenance Point (CMP) for each hour of contact time, maximum of 5 CMPs per day up to 20 CMPs per conference. CHHMs are responsible for their own recordkeeping and must keep their name badges and agendas.
Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) can earn up to 12.75 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) by attending all water-related technical sessions and the water panel discussion on Wednesday morning. CPESCs must maintain records of their attendance and enter their information on the Envirocert portal.
Alabama Electrical Board can earn 1 CEU per electrical breakout session (Energy Efficiency for Industrial and Commercial Application & Code Requirement for Solar (PV) and Concentrated Power Systems (CPS) Above and Below 3 Megawatts) for a total 2 CEUs for the two electrical breakout sessions.
Alabama Bar Association This course or a portion thereof has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 11.3 hours' credit, including 0.0 hours of ethics.
Mississippi Bar Association is pending approval.
National Registry of Environmental Professionals can earn continuing education (CE) at the conference. Under (Category I): certificate of completion or outline of program with cancelled check or attendance roster must be kept by you and submitted for your hours.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for the conference. The conference is value at 12 contact hours or 1.2 CEU’s for full attendance.
