In recent years, problems associated with
indoor air quality have become widely reported in the national media.
As our construction practices have evolved to produce more energy
efficient structures, the ability of building systems to maintain
relative humidity and prevent moisture intrusion is increasingly challenged.
Safe State Environmental Programs is pursing better methods of identifying
and remediation of indoor air quality problems in residental and non-residential
buildings. For more information, or to request an investigation, please
