Environmental Programs includes: Consultation and technical assistance, through training, outreach, and on-site consultation. Environmental laboratory services, including identification of asbestos and lead, and hazardous waste characterization. English-Spanish translation and bilingual training related to occupational and environmental safety and health. Accreditation of individuals who engage in the detection and remediation of asbestos and lead-based paint hazards. Practical research regarding the sampling, identification, quantification, and remediation of environmental hazards.
