Environmental Management System - ISO 14001
The release of the ISO14001:2015 version on September 15, 2015 has given us the opportunity to rework our internal audit or course, formatting the entire course around the new standard. This course includes up-to-date sections on environmental regulations that impact Alabama and surrounding states. With a thorough review of the standard, and guidance on the auditing process, individuals completing this course are better prepared to lead and participate in the internal auditing process. The two day internal auditor training is based on the utilization of the ISO14001-2015 Standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and the ISO190011:2011 Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems.
Who Should Attend?
If you are responsible for the environmental aspects of your company, whether it is permits, waste disposal, or just daily operations, this 2-day course will provide you with the tools to manage your company’s environmental issues more effectively.

ISO14001 Transition Workshop
This half day workshop is intended for organizations that have an existing environmental management system in place and are transitioning to, or at least seeking to align with, the ISO14001:2015 version of the International Standard. It does not matter if you have not started the transition process or just wanting a check up on where you currently stand. The ISO14001 Transition Workshop will assist you in identifying where you already meet the new standard and where additional work is needed.
Utilizing a unique evaluation matrix, attendees will evaluate their system against the new standard and find a clause by clause rating of their transition progress. This evaluation provides a unique way to better understand the new standard and identify items that sometimes get overlooked. The workshop setting also provides a unique opportunity to review and discuss the standard with other organizations and put your EMS program on the path to conformance with the new standard.
